A few health bumps had me diving headfirst into the world of fermentation. What began as a sleepy idea one night turned into a side hustle with some real bite. Dead Man’s Tongue is our homemade fermented hot sauce. Built from scratch and still getting refined one scorched taste test at a time. Jenny and I are working to get it just right. Once it’s bottled up, it’ll be hot, funky, and full of the good stuff.
